The main room of the gallery was occupied by a new work, Firmament III (2009). The room was entirely filled with a polyhedral space-frame, into which the body of the viewer is invited to wander. Completely negating the orthogonal geometries of regular architecture, this aggregate surrounds a void: a human-shaped cave more than ten times life-size. A catalogue accompanied the exhibition including a text by the British physicist and cosmologist Roger Penrose.
